Every plan is sized for up to 1 event per tag per minute, averaged across your fleet each month — an event is any reading Beyond receives from a tag. We send a monthly report showing your tag count and event volume, so you always know where you stand. If your operation consistently runs above your plan's range, we'll reach out to move you to the right tier — never a surprise invoice.
High Availability
Plans above run on standard availability. Need guaranteed uptime with multi-zone redundancy? High Availability is available as an add-on on any plan — ask your partner for a quote.

What counts as an event?
Any reading Beyond receives from a tag — a value, a status change, a heartbeat. Plans are sized for up to 1 event per tag per minute on average.
What happens if I go over my plan's range?
You'll see it in your monthly usage report before it becomes a problem. If you're consistently above your plan, we'll reach out to move you to the right tier — not send a surprise bill.
Is High Availability included?
Not by default. It's available as an add-on on any plan — ask your partner for pricing.
Can Beyond run on-premise?
Yes. Implementation is scoped case-by-case — contact us to talk through your environment.
Who do I actually contract with?
Your certified regional partner — they handle billing, onboarding, and day-to-day support, with WiserMeter providing the platform and second-line support behind them. For Enterprise deployments, we scope this directly with you first.
Can I move to a different plan later?
Yes — talk to your partner and they'll move you to the plan that fits. It's a plan change, not a renegotiation.
