High-Frequency Monitoring 725 km from Headquarters

Deliver a submetering solution capable of operating one of the most demanding setups in residential metering: hundreds of meters, fully remote, with no local team available to intervene.

The project involves a residential building in Brasília, Brazil, featuring 72 apartments and a total of 656 water meters — approximately 9 meters per unit. Despite the logistical challenge, WiserMeter enabled full remote management from its partner's headquarters in Belo Horizonte, 725 km away.

Using only two LegitFix data concentrators, the system performs one reading per minute for each of the 656 meters — resulting in over 900,000 readings per day with high reliability and data redundancy.

This case demonstrates that with robust infrastructure, unmatched data granularity, and a commitment to excellence, it's possible to deliver top-tier remote utility management — regardless of distance.
