Located in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, the residential complex consists of 682 apartments, distributed across 6 towers, each with 14 floors. Each floor is equipped with 8 water meters using wMBus communication.
To capture data, only one LegitFix data concentrator — developed by WiserMeter — was installed in a common area.
Despite the technical challenge, the system successfully captured one reading per hour from every meter, totaling 491,040 readings in April 2025 alone, all processed automatically by the platform.
